About the Role
Join us as a Production Team Leader and become part of the daily operations at the region’s leading research and development hub! Strengthen our innovative team, specializing in prototypes and small-batch manufacturing, in a dynamic and friendly environment.
We are looking for a leader who can confidently and results-drivenly manage the production team while placing strong emphasis on teamwork.
The group’s work is supported by cutting-edge, modern, automated production lines (SMT and THT systems) and an advanced equipment fleet (e.g., AOI, ICT). Additionally, we have a 10-unit 3D printer farm available for prototype manufacturing.
What you’ll do
Team Leadership:
- Managing and coordinating a continuously growing 10-member production team, planning daily tasks, and ensuring workflow continuity.
- Handling challenges and conflicts effectively while proactively seeking solutions.
- Enforcing compliance with work processes.
- Expanding and developing the team, motivating and recognizing team members.
Supervising Production and Service Activities:
- Coordinating, scheduling, and optimizing available capacity for prototyping and small-batch manufacturing processes, as well as service activities.
- Ensuring the timely implementation of production schedules while meeting defined quality requirements.
- Preparing, scheduling, monitoring, and, if necessary, rescheduling individual production plans for various team operations.
- Coordinating quality control processes across the entire production chain, considering key quality priorities and customer requirements.
- Coordinating the resolution of technical problems as they arise, including fault analysis, definition, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Supervising the maintenance of stock control and ensuring the efficient operation of logistics processes.
- Reporting on production processes, capacity utilization, and quality indicators to management.
Staying in Touch:
- Collaborating with project managers and keeping them informed about the progress of the production process.
- Maintaining regular communication with project managers.
- Continuously improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Supporting training and monitoring the professional development of assigned staff.

Professional Qualifications:
- A degree in electrical engineering is an advantage.
Leadership Skills:
- Confident and decisive leadership approach.
- Awareness of conflicts and appropriate management.
- Ability to motivate and support team members.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
Professional Experience:
- Relevant experience in a production environment is an advantage (in-depth technical knowledge of production machinery and infrastructure, as well as production-related IT experience).
Communication and Teamwork:
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills (ability to maintain effective, continuous, open, and goal-oriented communication).
Quality Orientation:
- Ensuring the highest standards in the processes within the team.
