About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager at HC Linear, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the development and manufacturing of our proprietary low-voltage electronic products. You will be responsible for leading projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with various departments to achieve project objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate the development and manufacturing of proprietary low-voltage electronic products
- Prepare and validate technical/economic feasibility documents and product specifications
- Facilitate decision-making processes and support commerce activities
- Plan projects, break down tasks, determine deadlines and costs, and track progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company (hardware development, software development, commerce, manufacturing, operation)
- Maintain communication with clients and subcontractors at both managerial and technical levels
- Evaluate and manage risks that arise during project implementation
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes throughout the project duration
- Carry out project closure and evaluation tasks
What you’ll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Electrical Engineering, Technical Management, or Engineering Economics)
- 5+ years of experience in project management or electronic systems development/design
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in written English at a negotiation level
- Independence, solution-oriented thinking, and openness to innovation
- Responsible and proactive work ethic
- Familiarity with project management and enterprise management systems
